Privacy policy

Last updated 27 October 2026. Wren is a private, single-user personal coaching assistant under development. This policy covers the data Wren holds about the person using it and any accounts that person chooses to connect.

Who operates Wren

Wren is operated by its founder for his own use during development. Contact: ramsey7000@gmail.com.

What Wren holds

How Google data is used

Calendar data is used only to help Wren understand the person's schedule and commitments in the course of coaching them: for example, to know when a meeting they mentioned has moved or been cancelled. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to coaching the person whose calendar it is. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone. Wren's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where data is kept and for how long

Data is stored on a server operated by Wren's founder in the European Union, in storage readable only by the administrator. Calendar events are deleted 90 days after they end. Conversation records are kept for as long as the person uses Wren, and deleted on request.

Processors

To produce its replies Wren sends conversation text to AI model providers (Anthropic and, for evaluation work on synthetic data only, OpenAI). Connected calendar data is processed on Wren's own server; it is not sent to a model provider except as part of a conversation the person is having with Wren, and never to any provider other than Anthropic.

Your control

You can revoke Wren's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page; access stops immediately and retained calendar data is deleted on request. You can ask for a copy of everything Wren holds about you, for corrections, or for deletion, by writing to the address above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to what Wren reads from a connected account will require re-consent.
